Camp McDowell Summer Staff Jobs
(Applications are due by January 23, 2010)

Each job must be viewed as a special ministry to the campers. The "24-hour-a-dayness" of all the jobs requires endless energy, patience, understanding, enthusiasm, humor, and faith. The potential impact that you can have is enormous. Each year almost 1500 campers are exposed to your model of living as a faithful, caring adult. Please prayerfully consider your application. Everyone is expected to participate fully in the life of the community. This includes program, afternoon and evening activities, and worship.

Staff who are not in cabins are expected to relieve the Cabin Counselors as needed, and may at times be asked to serve as Cabin Counselors. They may also be asked to make trips to town for supplies. All paid summer staff are expected to have certification in CPR and First Aid, Sexual Misconduct Training and be present for all of staff training.
